How much will delivery of my order cost?
The fee depends on the address zone and the order total.
Zone A: free from 3 000 RSD, below that 100–400 RSD
Zone B: free from 5 000 RSD, below that 200–500 RSD
Zone C: free from 7 000 RSD, below that 200–700 RSD
Zone D: free from 10 000 RSD, below that 300–1000 RSD
Which parts of Belgrade do you deliver to?
Almost all of Belgrade: Stari Grad, Vračar, Savski Venac, Zvezdara, Palilula, Voždovac, New Belgrade, Čukarica, Zemun, Krnjača, Borča, Ledine and eastern Surčin. The zone is detected from the address at checkout. Addresses on the outskirts are best checked in the chat before ordering.
How fast will my order arrive?
Delivery runs in time slots. At checkout, choose the nearest free slot or a time that suits you, even on another day — the courier arrives within that slot. At peak hours and in bad weather the nearest slots fill up faster.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, from the kitchen at Takovska 54. Choose “Pickup” and a time at checkout — the order is ready in about 30 minutes. Payment in cash or by card. There is a small parking lot near the Radisson Red Hotel.
What are the earliest and latest times I can order for?
Every day, the earliest delivery or pickup time is 12:00 and the latest is 22:30. Orders for another day can be placed in advance.
Do you have any discounts?
On weekdays, 10% off orders when the delivery or pickup time you pick starts at 17:00 or earlier; from 17:15 — no discount. The discount is applied in the cart automatically, no promo code needed. Promo codes are posted on our Telegram @miami_srb.
Is there a birthday promo code? How long is it valid?
Yes, and there’s no need to enter it: your personal promo code is applied in the cart automatically. It’s valid from 3 days before your birthday, on the day itself and for 7 days after. The gift is a Philadelphia Avocado Premium roll with orders from 5,000 RSD, or mochi with smaller orders. Add your date of birth to your profile at least 30 days in advance. One gift per year; please have an ID with your date of birth when receiving the order.
Do soy sauce, ginger and wasabi come free with my order? How much?
Yes. Every roll comes with one portion each of soy sauce, wasabi and ginger; maki come with half a portion.
Ready-made poke comes with its sauce and a fork, soups with a fork, and tom yum and tom kha with rice.
One pair of chopsticks per two rolls. Nigiri and gunkan come without sauces.
The cart shows what’s included with your order. Extra sauces and cutlery are in “Add-ons”.
Are there vegan and vegetarian dishes?
Vegan — no animal products: Tofu Poke, San Francisco, Cucumber Maki, Avocado Maki, Chuka Gunkan, Walnut Chuka Salad.
Vegetarian — no fish or meat, but not vegan: Melbourne, El Paso.
Full ingredients are on every dish card.
I want to remove an ingredient from a dish in my order. How do I do that?
Before checkout, write in the order comment what to leave out and from which dish. If the order is already placed, send the order number and what to remove in the chat before we start cooking. For allergies, write to the chat right away — the kitchen will check the ingredients and confirm. Ingredients are listed on every dish card.
Can I order Miami through Wolt or Glovo?
Yes, Miami is on Wolt and Glovo, with their own promotions there. The 10% weekday discount, promo codes and the birthday gift apply only to orders on the website.
Do you do catering, buffets, corporate orders or business lunches?
Yes — catering, buffets and corporate orders for an office, a party or a large group: platters, poke, starters, drinks and desserts, delivered on time. The minimum order is 25,000 RSD; we’ll agree on the details with you. Business lunches aren’t on our regular menu, but we can make them on request — write to us in the chat to agree on the details.
